Pilates classes are great for people who want to build up their core strength, avoid or recover from injury, improve their posture and balance and gain a greater mind and body awareness.  Pilates classes are usually performed in a group environment and are primarily mat-based designed to help your breathing technique, strengthen core muscles and improve posture. Classes are kept varied providing different challenges each week with a few laughs along the way.

An extensive range of classes are offered to suit all abilities, classes are kept small to be able to give individual attention to all. One to one sessions are also available and can be specifically tailored to your needs.
